Monetizing Retreats & Events in Your Business for 2024 (part 1 of 2)

With 2024 literally around the corner, now is the time to look at what kinds of experiences you are adding in your business for the upcoming year.

Retreats and Events are not just an amazing way to increase customer value, but they are also innovative and creative ways to offer experiences for your clients.

In my close to 10 years of doing retreats and events, I find that using a carefully thought out process that you can just rinse and repeat for each one takes the complexity out of it and instead allows you to position yourself in your industry and in your space as an innovator.

In this episode –the first of 2 on this subject– I share some of the most common false beliefs and fears business owners have about offering either and how to shift them into a process that produces.

People are looking for different experiences, not just more programs and stuff. And they want to be able to connect with others and be on a common journey.
